Position & Church Summary The Marketing Content Coordinator/Strategist plays a vital role in the daily operations of our ministry. This individual will lead in the area of our digital content. From social media to YouTube to other forms of online content, this person will create and implement a strategy to help disciple our online community. The goal is to meet people where they are and to help funnel them to in-person community. The Marketing Coordinator/Strategist will seek to use their gifts and skills for the benefit of the church by contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of this department, volunteers, and affiliated ministries.

The Pastor/Director of Kids Ministry is responsible to pursue excellence in the ministries provided to children (newborn through 5th grade) and their families which includes programming that is engaging, of high quality, and safe. Bethel is a growing, non denominational, evangelical church that is striving to exalt Christ through expository preaching, God-saturated worship, loving community, and gospel outreach. We are located 40 minutes south of downtown Chicago in Northwest Indiana. Our weekend attendance is around 3,400 people across our four locations and online (80% attendance is onsite)....
