General Job Description
Crossroads Church of Dunwoody is a result of a seven year old merger of a young and a mature congregation. Our church is seeking a senior pastor to revitalize the congregation and staff in order to mobilize the body in pursuing God's vision for reaching the community around us.
Job Requirements
Seminary graduate having a minimum of five years’ experience as a senior pastor or as an associate pastor on a church staff
Bible teacher who enables persons to learn and understand deep spiritual truths
Adhere to the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message
The position of Senior Pastor requires great flexibility in hours available for work, including evenings and weekends. The pastor should be in the office a sufficient amount of time for accessibility to members of the congregation and for regular communication with members of the church staff. The above is not to the exclusion of a vibrant family life.
