First Baptist Church of Middleville is seeking a Worship Director to start as early as the fall of 2022. We are willing to offer this as a full-time position with benefits if we find the right candidate who is also able to fulfill other ministry responsibilities according to his gifts and abilities. (If it would be a better fit, we are open to structuring this as a half-time position and/or as a ministry residency for a seminary or college student.) The primary focus of this position would be to oversee, direct, and further develop the music ministries of the church so that Jesus Christ would be magnified in our corporate worship and the mission of the church would be advanced. WORSHIP DIRECTOR POSITION First Baptist Church of Middleville is seeking a paid worship director to start the summer or fall of 2022. We could structure this as up-to a half-time position and/or as a ministry residency for a seminary or college student. This position could be expanded depending on the fit of the applicant and the ministry responsibilities he is able to take on. The primary focus of this position would be on planning, coordinating, and typically leading the weekly 10:30 AM Sunday worship service along with other musicians from the church.
