The workday of a Ministry Support Specialist involves a variety of tasks, working directly with our customers, completing individual projects, and collaborating regularly with fellow staff at Stephen Ministries. The Senior Pastor is responsible to guide and direct the spiritual life and functioning of the church in accordance with Biblical principles and the Constitution of New Beginnings Bible Church. He is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of church staff, leading all functional areas in the accomplishment of the church's mission. The Senior Pastor reports to the Official Board of which he is the chairman. He is also a member of the Board of Elders, the Board of Deacons, and an ex officio member of all committees connected with the Church or any of its organizations.
