 Work Schedule

• Flexible full-time or part-time options.
• Overtime or weekends may be required for events.
• Attendance at the annual IFI retreat is expected.

 Pay Structure

• Salary ranges from $25,709 to $80,000, depending on experience, hours worked per week, and contingent on funding.
• Training in personal fundraising is provided to build a support team for salary, benefits, ministry expenses, and prayer needs.

 About the Role and Responsibilities

There are over 50,000 international students studying on 28 campuses in the Boston, MA area. Boston offers an amazing opportunity to befriend and show hospitality to international students on some of the most influential campuses in the world, impacting tomorrow's leaders from all over the world. This position is part of the Boston ministry team and requires the candidate to live near the campus on which they will be serving.

 Key responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with university staff, church partners, and volunteers.
• Leading ministry efforts on campus and mobilizing others to host Bible studies and cultural events.
• Establishing IFI as a recognized student organization and maintaining strong campus relationships.

• Securing financial and prayer support for ministry efforts.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

• Adhere to IFI’s statement of faith, core values, and policies.
• Exhibit strong character and a commitment to extending God’s love globally.

• Equip volunteers to communicate God’s love across cultures effectively.

Education and Experience

• Proven experience in ministry, training, and mobilization is required.
• Cross-cultural experience is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred.
