Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the International Mission Director and North America/Asia Pacific (NA/AP) Director in a high-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The position includes the management of relationships and strategic projects, carrying out a broad variety of administrative tasks, event management, and the management of information for both Directors.

● Minimum of five years experience in a Management/Executive Assistant role in a corporate or missions environment
● Ability to thrive in a high-paced, entrepreneurial setting
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to serve and collaborate with workers from a variety of cultural, international, theological, and personal backgrounds
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● Proven conflict resolution skills
● Effective, efficient organizational skills
● Flexibility, teachability, and empathy, pursuing a lifestyle of continual learning
● Experience coordinating international schedules preferable
● Spiritual maturity, aligned with Steiger’s values and Statement of Faith
