This person plays a vital role in advancing Entrust’s calling by overseeing personnel needs both within the United States and overseas. As HR Director, you and your HR team will facilitate the selection, acceptance of and support for new staff, guide the team preparing them for the field, and oversee the ongoing development of our Human Resources department.  This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Colorado Springs. Moldova is a small country sandwiched between Ukraine and Romania. Resources are scarce, forcing most pastors to work an additional job in order to earn a minimum income. Consequently, small seminaries cannot keep up with equipping and training needs. Entrust has a long history of training pastors and church leaders in Moldova but we need more help. Step into a ready-made network of pastors that Entrust has been pouring into, as they themselves are beginning to train a new generation of church leaders, many of whom are eager for training.
