Responsibilities include ●      Collaborating with instructional staff in the development and evaluation of campus educational programs to enhance student achievement. ●      Collaborating with instructional staff in evaluating and selecting instructional resources to meet student learning needs. ●      Coaching and training teachers to utilize various instructional strategies to meet student learning needs. ●      Modeling effective classroom management and instructional techniques that when appropriately implemented by the classroom teacher will lead to improved student performance. ●      Providing leadership in the identification, evaluation, and selection of instructional programs, resources, and equipment with regard to increased student achievement.

GDQ International Christian School has an opening for a middle school literacy teacher (grades 6-8) for the 2023-2024 school year. The curriculum offers a comprehensive English program with 6 different units per grade level. Each unit is based on a theme with short reading selections and suggestions for longer works to read, weaving reading skills, writing, grammar, and vocabulary throughout each unit with assessments.
