As the spiritual leader of the Chinese Congregation, preach the gospel of Jesus and shepherd the Congregation in its continuous development and dedication to Christian faith. Work as a team with the Church Elders to cultivate spiritual leadership among church ministries and congregation members. Assist the Deacon Board and lead the Chinese Ministry Committee (CMC) in the formulation of future plans and implementation strategies. In collaboration with the English Congregation Pastor, Youth Pastor, Children’s Ministry Director and other church staff, ensure that the church programs are effectively carried out.

純正福音派信仰及清楚神的呼召, 擁有神學院道學碩士學位, 希望有三年牧會經驗, 流利國語講道，跨英文文化溝通能力
