Bethel is looking for a youth/associate position. The position has been made available because the current youth director has taken a pastoral position in Milwaukee. He leaves on very healthy terms and also leaves a thriving youth ministry. 

Bethel Baptist belongs to Covenerge Internation. The church is healthy and looking to grow its ministry and outreach. We are located in one of the most beautiful areas of the United States, where the economy thrives on tourism. We are involved in a robust international student ministry that reaches the many students who come here for seasonal employment. The church runs about 75-100 although it swells to much more in the Spring, Summer and early Fall. 

The youth ministry is called "Elevate" and operates in cooperation with other like minded churches in the area. They meet in Sister Bay, which is a more centrally populated area. It ministers to the Gibraltar School district.
