West Side Church has had a vibrant Children’s ministry for years. We have two parts to this ministry, Early Childhood and Elementary. Our ministry philosophy is in line with Orange’s Lead Small philosophy. We use The Gospel Project for our Sunday morning curriculum and Precepts for our Kid’s Mid-week curriculum.
We are looking for a mature, detailed leader to come as our Assistant Children’s Director who has the ability to work beside an energetic and seasoned Children’s Director to support the development of a healthy growing children’s ministry that will reach the families of the Yakima Valley for Christ by building mature disciples. This person must have a passion for Jesus, a heart for children and parents with the desire to work as a part of a team.
