Alaska Baptist Church of Alaska is incorporated in the State of Michigan and is recognized as a non-profit ecclesiastical organization by both Federal and State authorities and is subject to all the rules and regulations consistent with being a Non-profit Ecclesiastical Organization pursuant Act 04-1899 since September 13, 1934.
