We at the New Balance store in Lincoln Park are looking for a friendly, professional, personable, hard-working, and responsible person to join our sales team.

We have an excellent training program that will provide the foundation for a successful future in sales, service, and retail management. The first step will be gaining product knowledge and becoming a shoe fitting specialist that provides the highest customer service to each and every customer. Serving our customers is the highest priority.   

- Retail experience is preferred, but not required
- Must be a team player, friendly, professional, personable, hard-working, and responsible.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Focused and goal driven, with an eagerness to learn, help others, and excel
• Proactive and industrious
• Comfortable conversing with people
• Self-motivated, but have an ability to work with a team for a common goal, and take constructive criticism well
