The Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) is the state's college access and financial aid agency.  For over 60 years ISAC has worked to help make college accessible and affordable for Illinois students by supporting student and families in understanding and navigating the college-going and financial aid process and by providing grant, scholarship, and loan repayment/forgiveness programs to help pay for college costs.
