We are and Evangelical Free Church on Chicago's North Shore.  We want to CONNECT with people at the WELL... DISCIPLE them in the WORD... and SEND THEM OUT as empowered disciples to TRANSFORM THE WORLD.

We are seeking someone who will provide leadership and oversight for the entirety of North Sub’s Student and Young Adult ministry, including Children’s Ministry, Junior High, High School, and Young Adult ministries, that fosters spiritual transformation, maturity, and growth of these students in support of the mission of North Suburban Church. He will also be responsible for sharing a certain portion of adult pastoral responsibilities as directed by the Senior Pastor.  It is envisioned that the candidate will allocate ~75% of his time on Student discipleship and ~25% of his time on Adult pastoral work in this hybrid role.
