Milaca Evangelical Free Church is seeking an individual with a heart for mentoring and equipping students and giftedness in the area of worship. This is a full-time position with a generous compensation package. MEFC is located in Central Minnesota, a little more than an hour northwest of downtown Minneapolis. It is a multi-generational church in a rural setting, however there a number of people in the church who work in the Twin Cities and surrounding communities. MEFC has strong student ministry presence in the community with over 70 students attending the weekly Wednesday evening meetings, most of whom come from “unchurched” backgrounds. The church has recently renovated the Student Ministry meeting area (The Shed) and is planning to begin a significant renovation of the main facility, sanctuary, and A/V system within the next few months. Weekly attendance at MEFC hovers around 230.
