Specific Responsibilities:   Servicing all Ministry Services Department needs of assigned accounts Overseeing the production of art & print projects for various clients Manage projects with artists, printers, and mailshops to assure timely, cost-effective and quality completion Gather quotes, provide client estimates, and create purchase orders Manage the development of art, providing concepts, evaluating layouts, and working with clients to secure approval Assisting Account Rep on assigned accounts as needed Working with Account Reps to schedule jobs Developing and maintaining strong client and vendor relationships Ensure accuracy and quality control for all projects Interface with various BBS Teams on assigned accounts as needed Approve job closures, assume database and tracking responsibilities related to project management, approve invoices, manage telemarketing projects as assigned, proofing art and print proofs, review project coordinator's work, and train/mentor Project Coordinators Participate in creative brainstorm sessions and staff meetings, interact with agency reps and clients as directed, and comply with all the regular functions of employment in the agency, including the filing of requested paperwork and data entry Consistently exemplifies BBS Mission, Core Values and ServantHeart cultureAs assigned, assists with training and orientation of other BBS staff Other miscellaneous duties (including but not limited to phone coverage) as needed to support BBS & Associates and as deemed necessary by BBS leadership Qualifications: Project management experience Client management skills Detail-oriented, deadline-oriented and organized Art direction and print production management are ideal Familiarity with MS Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, TEAMS, and MS Planner College degree (preferred) or direct equivalent work experience required Committed to consistently exemplifying BBS Mission and Core Values and ServantHeart culture   To apply, please send resumes to:
