First Baptist Church of Spencer, Iowa is seeking to fill a position for a full-time Youth Ministry. We are looking for someone to reach, disciple, and equip students to develop their relationship with Jesus Christ. Responsibilities would include: * Developing and executing a youth ministry program that can show student's a passion for Jesus and the Bible * Create a discipleship plan that is communicated to the youth, their families * Teaching and leading worship with youth * Develop authentic relationships with students * Discipleship that can take our youth into every day of their week * Creating Service opportunities and events * Recruit and manage adult volunteers
