Melrose Community Church is an independent, Bible believing church founded in 1954.  As a church we are known for solid Biblical teaching, a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and an active effort of spreading the Gospel locally and globally.  Our congregation has an average attendance of 170 people who meet on a large campus in a rural setting in the unincorporated community of Melrose which is approximately five miles west of Roseburg, OR, a city of 24,000. 

Our current Senior Pastor is Mike Ruyle, a 1979 graduate of Moody Bible Institute with a diploma in Bible Theology and a 1987 graduate of Multnomah School of the Bible.  Pastor Mike has been the Senior Pastor since 2000 and is scheduled to retire in July 2021.
