Hope Fellowship is a mid-sized Southern Baptist church of a little over 500 in attendance during pre-covid times. The staff consists of a Senior/lead pastor,  Assistant pastor of Connection,  Youth Pastor, Children's ministry director, Worship Arts Director and Office manager. We exist in a rapidly expanding middle-class bedroom community 40 minutes from downtown Seattle consisting of many young professional families. Our area is one of the most unreached parts of the United States and we have a desire to "Turn seekers of God into servants of Jesus". We've been able to baptize close to 250 people, mostly adults, in the last 13 years. This area has a marine moderate climate with stunning views of Mount Rainier and an unlimited variety of outdoor opportunities.
