Position Status: Full‐Time
The Pastor’s Role: Pastor Teacher
The next leader of Rollins Christian Fellowship Church will be a pastor-teacher with the heart and gifts necessary to fulfill the calling of (1) shepherding God’s people, and (2) further preparing us for the work of the ministry of the Church.
Pastor/Shepherd: He will have a love for people and joyfully invest the time necessary to know the people of the church. He will lovingly guide them toward being conformed to the image of Jesus Christ through care, encouragement and instruction, and when necessary, reproof and correction. And he will make prayer for the people of the church a high priority.
