We are seeking an elder-qualified individual to fulfill the role of Lead Pastor. He will serve as our main teaching pastor, and provide skilled leadership and oversight as a co-elder, under the authority of a congregationally-affirmed board of elders. They will work together to delegate responsibilities as appropriate. Job Description: I.
