We are a small but growing church in a western suburb of Minneapolis. Most of the growth in Delano is due to families moving here because of an outstanding school district. There is a tremendous amount of opportunity here for the go-getter personality with a passion for youth. 

As a small church, we behave more like a family than an organization. You would be expected to be part of a group of people who see themselves as a collective entity that belongs to something, not just as attenders who come and go on a Sunday morning.
