Boutique Real Estate company is looking for a bright, enthusiastic, organized and detail oriented
individual to work Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm.
This position would be ideal for an individual with a background or College Student pursuing a
degree in the following areas: Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing,
Communications, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Journalism or Public Relations.


Responsibilities will include:
- Running property searches on the MLS
- Speaking with Clients on the Phone
- Working with the Real Estate Brokers one-on-one
- Running Social Media Campaigns, Postings and Maintenance
- Email Marketing Campaigns
- Assisting with Brokers Opens and Open House events
- Approving Transactional Documents
Other Responsibilities and Skills:
- Provide outstanding customer service and execute good communication skills (orally and in
writing) - phone skills are a MUST
- Willingness to learn software/databases
- MUST have knowledge of Google Drive: specifically Google Docs and Google Sheets
- MUST have knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google + for Business,
LinkedIn Business Pages
- Previous experience in a real estate office or reception based position desired, but not required
- Must be self-motivated with ability to multi-task, manage time well and work independently
- Organized and detail oriented

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour - This is a contact position, you will be considered a contract position, i.e. 1099
