Weymouth Community Church (WCC) is a non-denominational church located in Medina County, approximately 25 miles southwest of Cleveland and 20 miles west of Akron, Ohio. WCC was founded in 1835 as a part of the Congregational denomination. It soon separated from that denomination prior to the Civil War due to the denomination’s support of slavery. After becoming an independent church, WCC became part of the Underground Railroad to demonstrate the love of Jesus to their fellow man.
