Peoples Church in Pinckney Michigan is looking for a Pastor/Director of Worship Arts.  This is a full-time salaried position with the primary responsibility of overseeing all aspects of corporate worship at Peoples. We expect the successful candidate to be able to build, equip and flourish within a team culture to fulfill the mission of the ministry. A candidate must exhibit a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, a teachable spirit, and a healthy family life. Above all, this person will be a Spirit-led follower of Jesus Christ with a passion for worship and a clear calling to our church.

Peoples Church is located in downtown Pinckney Michigan: 15 miles north of Ann Arbor, and a bedroom community to Detroit, Lansing, and the S.E. Metro area. Our church is affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA). 2020 was a year of transition for Peoples with our Lead Pastor of 30 years and Associate Pastor of 15 years both retiring. In Dec. of 2020 we brought in our new Lead Pastor, and in 2021 brought in a new Associate Pastor. In the past decade we have been transitioning from an attractional ministry model to a missional/discipleship model. While we still maintain a high focus on quality in our ministries and Sunday services, our main focus is on relational discipleship.
