We are looking for dynamic people to fill the role of retail sales associates that will be responsible for welcoming and assisting our guests, cash handling, stocking merchandise, store maintenance, and asset protection.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service skills; experience in providing outstanding customer service is a must. Our associates play the role in providing product information, suggestions and in solving customer issues.

• Great communication skills. Our associates not only sell our product but also serve as hosts to provide our guests with our store, Pier and city information.   

• Availability to work flexible shifts--which will include weekends, evenings, and holidays.  It is very important that all applicants have an understanding that they be able to commute to and from Navy Pier without issue in order to be qualified for hire and continued employment.  Punctuality is a must!   

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team. We are all about team and teamwork. Nothing works without it…so we’re all about it!

• Ability to work well with large groups of people and ever changing retail situations.

• Ability to stand during work hours.

• Ability to climb ladders, reach, pull, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
