Job Purpose: To multiply the church’s capacity to reach and disciple children and their families across the region and to serve joyfully on the overall staff team toward the general fulfillment church’s mission and goals. Time Expectations: This is a results-oriented, flexible job averaging 20 hours a week (with expected seasonal ebb and flow).  Full time version possible, with modifications.   Main Priorities: 1.) Multiplication and Empowerment Grow and shepherd a volunteer team of mentors, leaders, and teachers who, together, can disciple the children and parents of BCBC, while also building capacity to reach more kids for Christ.   2.)
