Use giftings, time, and efforts to advance the ministries towards the families of Pathway Church to the ultimate goal of going after lost people, growing people as followers of Jesus, and guiding people into God’s purpose for them.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strategizing and implementing spiritual formation for families at Pathway Church.
• Leading, recruiting, training teams for children’s and student ministries.
• Connecting with and shepherding parents, children, students, and family units.
• Coordinating and scheduling volunteers.
• Provide oversight and planning for all aspects of Children’s and Student ministries including:
• Sunday morning children’s classes
• Student Ministry events (to be developed and scheduled)
• Outreach events
• Special events
• Provide oversight to the children’s/student budget/s for the year and help develop budgetary needs.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Work as a team player with the rest of Pathway church staff and leadership. This includes being a part of staff functions (meetings, phone calls, retreats, planning sessions, etc.)
• Participate and provide support and leadership (when necessary) in church-wide events, even if they do not directly affect children/student ministries.
