I'm looking for a part-time assistant who can help me with my properties and with my personal affairs. The schedule can be based on your availability and I'm very flexible and willing to work around your terms. Looking for (8-16 hours/week). It could be more or less, depending on what is on the to-do list.
This includes
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Help with organization, purging of items, and listing items on Facebook to sell/give away
- Help in the garden pulling weeds, watering plants, and transplanting flowers
- Light housekeeping
- Dusting open surfaces, sweeping/mopping floors, vacuuming around furniture, wiping down counters, washing and putting away dishes, cleaning bathroom kitchens, taking out the trash
Applicants should have:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and experienced with word processing and email programs
- Active listening and good communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask
- Strong time-management and organization skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Transportation (either bicycle or car)
