Miracle Method Cleveland is looking to hire a full time Refinishing Technician. We are a specialty coatings company that refinishes bathtubs, tile, showers, and countertops. As a Refinishing Technician you will be working in commercial and residential settings. Our company specializes in turning dated and worn bathrooms & kitchens into bright and new usable spaces.

Are you looking to get out of a dead end job? We require NO EXPERIENCE for this position. However, People who have hands on experience in the trades have an easier time getting through training. We hire for character and train the skills needed to succeed. Paid training lasts 6-8 weeks.

Entry level restoration technician requirements:

  • A clean Department of Motor Vehicles record.
  • Entry level- no experience needed, just a go-getter attitude!
  • Humble and willing to learn a new set of skills
  • Will have to submit to drug test and back ground check

  • People who take pride in their work and who help Miracle Method continue to be the preferred refinisher in the industry.
  • Independent workers. Our technicians work independently going to a different job site every day.
  • Good attention to detail. Refinishing is a craft. The quality of each job is only as good as the effort of the individual technician.

  • Consistent work history. We are looking for reliable people. We are looking for individuals who want long term jobs. This position is a trade and not ideal for temporary employment.
  • Problem solvers. Each job is somewhat different and requires a person who can be flexible and deal with the unexpected.

Entry Level Restoration Technician Benefits.

  • Starting pay of $20.00/hour
  • Average compensation equivalent to $20-$30 per hour after the completion of initial training. Compensation after training is completed is hourly plus a biweekly bonus which is determined by quality and quantity of work completed. Hard work is rewarded!!!
  • Paid training at $20/hour- Training lasts 6-8 weeks
