Evanston Bible Fellowship

Evanston Bible Fellowship (EBF) is a gospel-centered church whose mission is to be a community of sojourners empowering one another to cultivate gospel transformation. We are committed to intentionally carrying out our mission as a diverse and hospitable church within the multiethnic community of Evanston, IL. Our ethos (who we are and who we hope to become) includes:

    • Humble Orthodoxy: We firmly hold to the truth while gently and lovingly proclaiming it.

    • Abiding Worship: We actively pursue connection with God so we can offer him whole-life worship.

    • Missional Community: We radically love each other while seeking to fulfill God's mission to save the lost.

    • Invested Sojourners: We invest our lives for Christ and his church at every point in our journey toward home.

    • Pervasive Gospel: We preach a gospel that can go anywhere and change anything—to the depths of our own souls and to the ends of the earth.

EBF desires a worship leader who is musically gifted, seeks to bring creativity to our worship, and is skillful and consistently energetic in leading a team and congregants into worship.

EBF belongs to the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA). We gather on Sunday afternoons at 4:00 PM at Emmanuel United Methodist Church (1401 Oak Avenue, Evanston, IL 60201), located in the heart of Evanston near Northwestern University.
