A ministry of Victory Chinese Lutheran Brethren Church, located in Hsinchu City, Taiwan, Victory English Fellowship is comprised of 20-30 different nationalities and typically worships 150-200 on any given Sunday with another 100 people loosely affiliated. It is conservative, evangelical, and interdenominational in the tradition of the Protestant Reformation, bearing witness to Jesus Christ as the Son of God.
