We are currently seeking a part/full time billing specialist/customer service position.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments 
• Billing such as setting up scheduled payments, issuing invoices and payment receipts, running weekly/monthly reports etc...
• Other administrative assistance i.e. scanning, assembling documents as needed.

Qualification: 

• Undergraduate Degree
• Billing experience is preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro (PFD), Quickbooks Online
• Spanish speaking preferred.
