Pregnancy Help Center of Rice Lake is a pro-life resource center aimed at helping families choose life for their unborn child. Within the center we offer limited medical services, pregnancy and parenting education and a residential maternity home. PHC has been open since 2001 and continues to grow exponentially in our community.
