Mission and Vision of this position

We are seeking someone to join our pastoral team to enthusiastically pursue the disciple making process through leading and equipping students, leaders and families.

Primary Ministry Responsibilities 

Youth Related ministry (80%): Lead high school student ministry directly, oversee and support leaders of middle school ministry and oversee all other youth and children’s ministries

Adult/Family related ministry (20%) Support, disciple and shepherd parents and other adults in cooperation with the rest of the pastoral staff. Serve in public and general leadership ministries as able including being available to preach if needed several times a year.

Leadership – Confidence to initiate ministry as a shepherd and overseer

Evangelism and Discipleship – Committed to clearly presenting the gospel and equipping/training students and others to share the gospel and make disciples

Bible teaching – Able to communicate God’s word with clarity and conviction

Church profile

We feel one of our strengths is to continually express the gospel clearly and disciple new believers. We are conservative in doctrine, but grace-oriented in atmosphere. We have a relaxed church culture/attire. Our age demographic is quite balanced in terms of age. We have a mostly contemporary style of worship and expositional Bible teaching ministry.
