Job Description Grandview Baptist Church is seeking a God-loving individual to serve as a Full Time Worship and Youth Pastor/Director for our Bible-believing church. Looking for an individual who has a great stage presence and an intense love for and ability to lead an engaging, professional, and authentic contemporary music worship service. Second, you must have a love for and the gifts necessary to organize and provide leadership to others to grow and maintain a vibrant youth ministry for grades 6-12.
