Production Coordinator - Norwood Park Location (PT - 10 hours/week)

DESCRIPTION

Provide leadership, direction, and management of all technical operations at the Norwood Park location in a way that honors God and is consistent with Colossians 3:17. Seeks to help provide an environment that enriches the worship experience for those attending services at Park.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Production support for the Weekend Gatherings at your location by utilizing the locations’s volunteer
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteers
• Develop volunteers into apprentices

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide Production support for other events at your location
• Provide leadership, management and encouragement to location tech volunteers
• Schedule volunteers on a monthly rotating team
• Provide oversight and management of set up and tear down of Production and Tech equipment
• Responsible for keeping the Production and Worship teams on schedule so pre-service walk-throughs happen on time
• Become knowledgeable in all technical areas of the location (Park’s and Rental Facility’s equipment)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and equipment failures
• Ability to adjust to changes in service(s)
• Be able to fill in for volunteers who are absent (audio and graphics)
• Diagnose and identify equipment failures and handle appropriate repair

REQUIREMENTS

Required Experience and Skills

• Strong experience with live sound digital consoles
• Worked with ProPresentor
• Knowledge of live video, switchers, and cameras
• Strong teamwork skills; ability to work cooperatively and jointly with various staff ministries, organizations and volunteers
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
