LeaderTreks is a student leadership development ministry using trips, innovative training, and curriculum to help students identify and develop their personal leadership skills. LeaderTreks is calling the church to make leadership development a core focus of youth ministry. To develop students as leaders, we put them in the classroom of missions trips, wilderness trips, and leadership training events and have them make decisions and live with the consequences of those decisions. Our mission is to serve youth workers and help raise up the next generation of church and world leaders.
