1200 Condominium Association is a vintage high-rise building located in the Gold Coast area.  We are over 100 years old with plenty of history and charm.  1200 Condominium Association is managed by FirstService Residential.  We have 37 families living in the building.  

FirstService continue to excel in the property management field and our leadership team entrusted us in finding the right candidates for our own buildings. We are a large organization with well over 8,600 properties and plenty of opportunities.
