FMI (Facilitate, Mobilize, and Inspire) is a national religious nonprofit organization fortifying scores of indigenous church planters across some of the world's spiritually darkest regions with the light and power of the gospel message. 

FMI is not a sending agency, but partners with already-trained pastors to bring their local congregations and ministry sites to maturity, reaching their own communities. These missionary pastors already speak the language, eat the food, and have relational connections to communities where Western missionaries would have little to no access.

Resources provided to the pastors may take the form of funding, ongoing training, and tangible items, including Bibles in the local language (print and digital), transportation aids, and emergency supplies as outreach to the community, among others.
