I am currently enrolled in the M-Div program but also run an L3C focused on spreading the gospel primarily via publishing.

Over the next qtr, I have one key hire I need to fill which would probably be ideally suited for a student in the Non-Profit Administration Program. It is a part-time fully remote role that can easily be worked around their schedule.

If I'm able to fill that role quickly, I have three other roles that would be reporting to that person. Whether or not I find the right candidate Q4, I will still need to hire the others in Q1 which would probably also be ideal part-time remote role for students.

After graduation, they can decide if it's their calling for a full time role.  Even if it's not, they would gain some great experience for their resume.
