The Youth and Family Pastor at Chapel By the Sea will build our youth programs by providing engaging and welcoming activities and mentorship for youth (age 2 to 18) and their families. They must have a heart for:
This large task will require coordination and training of volunteers as well as forming relationships with other Youth and/or Family staff at other local churches. They will work closely with the Senior and Associate Pastor including having opportunities to preach on Sundays.
Chapel By the Sea is nonDenominational. We are an Independent Bible church and we follow the Complementarian model of roles and leadership.
