Liberty Baptist is located in the small town of Sweetser, IN.   The population of the county is 67,000.  The church geographically pulls from multiple counties.  It is strategically located halfway between Fort Wayne and Indianapolis.

The current pastor has been ministering at the church for 36 years.  There is a pastoral staff of five along with other suppport staff.  The attendance averages around 500/week.  Additional information can be gained by visiting libertyfamily.org.

Currently the church supports 70+ missionaries on a monthly basis.  The gospel message is a priority both locally and afar.  There are areas of service available and many in the church are actively serving.  Multiple age groups are represented in the congregation.  There is a strong focus on Bible teaching, discipleship, and training.

The church is in need of a full-time or part-time children's director.  There are 100+ children in this well-established program.  There are various options that may be considered.  A husband/wife team  (one full-time/one part-time) would be a possibility or a single person.  All of this could be discussed via phone or in person if there is interest or questions.
