Refuge for Women Chicago is a non-profit, faith based organization providing specialized long-term residential care and survivor services for women who are survivors of sex trafficking or sexual exploitation.  Refuge for Women Chicago is part of the national nonprofit network of six peer organizations across the country supporting female survivors through specialized long-term housing, trauma-informed programming, and a holistic continuum of care. We are united in our mission to “empower sexually exploited women to live a life of freedom through faith-based, residential healing programs.” Since 2016, Refuge for Women Chicago has been responding to this need with 24/7 care and support for up to twelve months at no charge to the resident. We strive to help each woman complete the program with a vision for her future, equipped to succeed and sustain a life marked with dignity and hope.
