CRCS provides a biblically-based, Christian-worldview education. Our school includes a preschool for three and four year olds and an elementary school from Kindergarten through the 6th grade. CRCS is a ministry of Calvary Road Baptist Church and shares its spacious facilities on six and one half acres of property, two miles east of Springfield Town Center in the Kingstowne area of Fairfax County in northern Virginia.

Our staff are contracted (1) year at a time. Compensation package includes:

• Health Insurance (We pay 50% of single rate, 5% extra each yr to 75%)
• 403B Retirement match of 4% (up to 6%)
• LIfe Insurance (1X salary), AD&D, Long Term Disability Group
• Dental and Short Term disability (group plans available for purchase)
