Ebenezer Baptist Church, a church of the Baptist General Conference of Canada is a 120 year old congregation that bridges rural and urban in a small city 50 minutes south of Alberta’s capital, Edmonton. The church is a warm and welcoming body of believers that is committed to community and is growing. EBC places high value on conservative theological and doctrinal positions and in particular holding to biblical inerrancy and authority. It is a church with a strong commitment to prayer and ministry of the Word (Acts 6:4).

EBC's mission and vision is to: “lead ordinary people to become extraordinary followers of Jesus Christ.”

The church is kept “on TRAC” in its mission and vision by the four values of “transformation, reconciliation, authority and community.”

Transformation of our hearts, minds and hands is obeying and glorifying God with all that we have and are.

Reconciliation of man is to win and disciple our neighbor and the peoples of the world in the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Authority, inerrancy, and inspiration of Scripture is our pathway in all matters of life and doctrine.

Community is our commitment to loving relationships with other believers in His body, the Church.
