The Evangelical Free Church of Crystal Lake is a large suburban church serving McHenry County in northwest IL for the past 130+ years with Biblical teaching, Christ-exalting worship, and a strong emphasis on disciple-making.  Our vision is to Follow Jesus, Connect in Community, and Make Disciples.  EFCCL is looking for ministry-focused, Christ-centered individuals to help further that vision.  Everything we do in Children's disciple-making ties into this vision of Follow, Connect, Make. 

We are seeking a part-time Early Childhood Coordinator to oversee all functions of our Early Childhood area (birth -  4 yo) and assist the Children’s Disciple-making Director as needed. The Early Childhood Coordinator will work closely with the Children’s Disciple-making Director and other professional staff to complete the overall disciple-making plan for children, concentrating on children aged 0-4. The position encompasses ministry on Sunday mornings, regular office hours during the week, with potential for expanding the responsibilities in the future.  Please contact Heather Soukup at hsoukup@efccl.org for information.
