Elgin Wayside Center (EWC), a ministry of Wayside Cross Ministries.  Elgin Wayside Center is a Bible-based, Christ-centered ministry that offers food, clothing, showers, laundry facilities, daily Bible studies, and other resources to those experiencing homelessness. Currently a “Day Shelter,” the Center is expanding early in 2025 to offer more extensive services for overnight clients.
