Community Baptist Church (CBC) was founded in 1979 by a group of believers in Thunder Bay who felt led by a collective desire to reach people in the neighbouring community of Murillo. Since inception, our story has been one woven with God’s gracious and unwavering provision. From prayerful hearts that helped plant the seed of this church, to building materials donated by local congregants, and generous donations from churches in town, His provision has been on display, especially through community.

Community Baptist Church is led faithfully through a collaboration between the Pastor and the Deacons Board with assistance from the Ministry Board for church operations.
